The landscape of the Gulf countries is fast changing due to the unprecedented construction boom seen over the past few years. Saudi Arabia is no exception to this boom and is witnessing a very important phase of growth, which is showing no signs of slowing. This has tremendously increased the need for vertical transportation (VT) and consequently the need for Companies that can provide the necessary skills to plan, manage and execute Elevator and Escalator projects.

Three Diamond Contracting Establishment (TDCE) was started in 1979 with construction activities and in 1999 it has been focused with the purpose of providing quality installation & maintenance services for elevator and escalator industry in Saudi Arabia. It has its headquarters in Riyadh with plans for further expansion into all major cities of Saudi Arabia.

Our high quality human resource is our greatest asset. We have more than 100 highly skilled and trained workforce employed in projects in Saudi Arabia. Our people are experts in their field and have experience in installing and maintaining elevators of leading brands and types such as with Mitsubishi, Schindler, Kone,, Thyssen, Hyundai, Mashiba, Shangai Mitsubishi and Fuji. In various renowned projects, we have successfully completed installing more than 5000 units' elevators, escalators and moving walks in Saudi Arabia.
